September 11, 2018 / Vancouver, British Columbia / NRG Metals Inc. (“NRG” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NGZ) (OTCQB: NRGMF) (Frankfurt OGPN) is pleased to announce that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”), it proposes to raise up to CAD$1,500,000 through a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,000,000 units at a price of CAD$0.25 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant of the Company, with each warrant exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of closing at a price of CAD$0.40 per share.
Finder’s fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a 4-month hold period in Canada.
The private placement proceeds will be for general working capital.
